Build consistency
In order to build muscle memory, I recommend practicing at least 15 minutes 4-5 times a day vs. practicing once a week. I get that life gets busy, but let's do the best that we can! :)

Homework Exercises
The best way to move from being a passive learner to an active learner is to work on the homework exercises! This will also be a great way for you to look back and celebrate your progress. After working on your homework, please upload and share it with us in the appropriate section to the left.

Live Sessions
There will be 2 live sessions every round where I will provide group feedback, help answer any question that arises, and provide further demonstration so that all bases are covered! Join us~
